practical pupil is an exciting new student management system. It will allow you to be a better student by helping you get organised, and let's face it, most of us could do with a little help in that regard. The more organised you are, the more time you have to do the things you actually like doing. practical pupil will be suited to both secondary and tertiary students.

As I develop this site, I want suggestions as to things you will find useful. What do you need help doing? What things do you find hardest to organise?

Here's a quick list of some of the things I'm hoping to put into it:

• reminders of important events (e.g. assessment due dates) by email and possibly SMS
• analyse your marks - really see how you're going
• study timetables
• printable weekly, monthly and yearly planners customised to your subjects

However, I realise that there are a whole heap of things that you will want that I won't necessarily think of. What do you want? What do you think of the above ideas? Is there anything else? At this stage I think everything will be free, except maybe for SMS reminders since they cost me to send them.
